I'm amazed about how much free college money is given away. As of July 2023, I've won $3,770 through various giveways.

Many 529 programs run annual contests giving away free money to college savers. Often anyone can participate, including residents of other states. Most programs require opening an account or making a contribution.

This page tracks current giveaways I'm aware of, and documents past programs where I've won money. If there's a giveaway that I don't have listed, let me know and I'll add it.
